Design Plan Includes:

• Consultation - an initial consultation where challenges, ideas, taste, room layouts, traffic patterns, room functions, criterias and the Design Plan is fully discussed.
  
• Budget Outlines - What is your budget for this project, Does the overall project need to be broken into separate steps. What are the priorities?
  
• Colour Schemes - Colour palettes. What colours should you stick to when you are looking for additional pieces later? What colours should you avoid in the room?
  
• Furniture Plans - In most cases, existing furniture can be used to create a look you will love just by rearranging furniture, adding accessories and using colour palettes to enhance overall effects.
• Future Decorating Ideas - Things to add when time and budget allow. For example, you may need an additional lamp or may considering painting the walls. What is discussed during the consultation will be recorded on your Design Plan.
